This is what we do:
We have access to properties all over 50 states selling them in bulks
at 42-60 cents on the dollar.
The minimum amount is 6 million dollars cash or line of credit; we can accommodate
requests of up to 200 billion dollars. Availability of funds will be confirmed prior to any properties being generated. We
have access to properties in all 50 states. The investor will tell us what they want and where, and what LTV range they
are interested in paying. A package will be generated for them and they will have 5 business days to do their due diligence.
They will be expected to close within 15 business days. They will be dealing directly with the Bank and their intermediary.
The appraisals/BPO's are all current and Titles are clear.
